1. Preconditions for you to agree

1-1: You need to reach a minimum purchasing value of 10000 US dollars per shipment.

1-2: You need to prepay all costs by TT (Telegraph Transfer) to China. (NO CREDIT | NO PAYPAL | NO ALIPAY | NO L/C | NO COD)

1-3: You need to clear customs after goods arrive at POD (Port of Discharge) in your country.

1-4: You need to agree to our below commission structure:

　　5%: Product value < 20K USD per shipment.

　　4%: Product value ≥ 20K USD per shipment.

　　3%: Product value ≥ 50K USD per shipment.

　　2%: Product value ≥ 100K USD per shipment.

　　1%: Product value ≥ 200K USD per shipment.

The commission includes: Sourcing, Collect Cargo, Warehousing, and Quality Control.

The commission includes Doesn’t include: Inland charge, shipping charge, and customs clearance fee.

2. Steps

2-1: Send your product photos to our business WhatsApp. We will set up a team in a WhatsApp group to discuss and confirm everything about the order. (Please note that you need to know what products you want to import from China first, moreover, you need to provide product details, photos would be one of the best ways for us to understand your products. Because we DO NOT have products as we are a sourcing agent NOT a factory. However, we have a high-quality supply chain to help you find products fast and quote you the best wholesale prices)

2-2: We will quote you the prices for all products.

2-3: You need to confirm the product price and quantity.

2-4: We will issue 1st invoice for you to transfer payment for products.

2-5: We will start ordering products after we receive your payment. Once we collect products in our warehouse, we will do an inspection in the below forms: video call, photo, and video. (Click our YouTube videos to know more)

2-6: Confirm the shipping method. (Click our YouTube videos to know more)

2-7: We will quote you the shipping rate. (rate varies depending on different shipping methods and countries)

2-8: We will make 2nd invoice for you to transfer the shipping charge for us to arrange to ship. (Click to see YouTube videos for more details)

2-9: We will send you documents for you to clear customs after the products arrive port of discharge in your country.

3. After-Sales Service

If you receive unqualified products:

3-1: Send us both photos and videos of unqualified products as proof.

3-2: We will verify with suppliers, warehouse, and shipping forwarders.

3-3: We will either refund the payment of unqualified products or replace them with new qualified products for your next shipment.123
