• What kind of customer are you？

  In order to save your time, please identify which customer type you are (Shipping by sea):

  1、Importer with license. You will have to need a license to import from China and clean customs with certificated documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, etc) that we provided after we ship cargo to your country.

  2、Importer without license. You will have to find a professional customs broker in your country before you import from China, who can clean customs for you with certificated documents (Bill of Lading, Invoice, etc) that we provided after we ship cargo to your country.

• What's our process？

  1. Send us product photos and quantity/value that you want to import from China.

  2. We will give you price for all products.

  3. You need to confirm the price.

  4. Confirm your shipping method.

  5. We will confirm the shipping rate with you. (rate vary depending on different shipping methods).

  6. We will make an invoice for you to transfer payment to us.

  7. We will start ordering, producing, collecting, inspection and shipping.

• What's your total cost for importing from China?

  Your total cost for importing from China (Shipping By Sea):

  1. Products payment: the total value of products that you import.

  2. Inland charge: from our warehouse to loading port in China

  3. Shipping charge: from China port to discharge port.

  4. Commission: Start from 1% to 5%, vary from small to big quantity.

  5. Customs Clearance: paid by you in your country.

  6. Import Duty: paid by you in your country.

  The above 6 part charge is the total cost for you to import products from China. No.1 to No.4 are costs in China. No.5 to No.6 are costs in your country.

• How we assist customers who already have suppliers in China?

  Procedure for customers who already have suppliers from Alibaba or other platforms in China:

  1. Send us the product name, product photos, gross weight, CBM, numbers of carton boxes (package). Ask your suppliers if you don’t have that info.

  2. Confirm the shipping method.

  3. Send us your detailed address (by air) or POD (by sea). Note that only licensed importers can do sea shipping (usually for big LCL or FCL cargo).

  4. We will quote you quoting shipping charge based on your shipping method, the charge needs to be paid full upfront (we only accept TT).

  5. Only after we receive your charge, we will send our warehouse address for your suppliers to start sending products to us. (China). The shipping charge from your suppliers to us will be on your suppliers or you.

  6. We will proceed to ship.

• How to inquiry for non-fabric product?

• How to inquiry for fabric product?

  Please send us your physical sample to our office in China. We are sorry but this is mandatory for us to quote an accurate price for customers.

  Reason: Unlike other products, the reason we need you to send us a physical sample fabric is we need to get all the necessary details from the physical fabric. Such as composition, yarn count, density, style, type, pattern, feature, etc. Therefore, the above information is very important for us to quote an accurate price.

• Your Shipping Method?

  1. Ocean Shipping: Charged by CBM. Please confirm with us you can clean customs after LCL or FCL arrives at your country seaport. The shipping charge will be relatively low.

  NOTE: If yes, confirm with us your city name and CBM, so we could quote you an accurate shipping charge. If no, skip and choose the other two shipping methods.

  2. Door to Door: Charged by CBM. Please confirm with us your address, postcode, consignee name, cellphone, total package, package dimension, total kgs.

  NOTE: Door to Door includes duty and you just need to wait at home to receive goods. Moreover, we will handle customs clearance.

  3. Air Shipping: Charged by KG. Please confirm with us your address, postcode, consignee name, cellphone, total package, package dimension, total kgs.

  NOTE: You could either choose to clean customs by yourself when goods arrive at the airport or let us clean customs for you, the charge will vary depending on different choices.

• What's the cost of sea shipping?

  There are 2 charges for shipping from China to your country, one is inland charge, the other is the shipping charge.

  1. Inland charge:

  Charge from city to loading seaport. Ningbo seaport is the nearest seaport to , even closer than the Shanghai seaport.

  For example, when we collect all cargo in our warehouse facility in port, we need to send cargo to the port of Ningbo, simply because the port of Ningbo is the nearest seaport to city.

  Of course, we also could operate from other cities to other seaports in China, we have warehouse facilities at main coastal seaports in China: Ningbo seaport, Shanghai seaport, Guangzhou seaport, Qingdao seaport, Xiamen seaport.

  Under normal circumstances, we will choose the Ningbo seaport for cargo purchased from the market and the Keqiao market.

  To sum up, the loading seaport will be confirmed according to cargo location.

• What's the cost of DDP?

  We will quote the price for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) after you WhatsApp or Email us the below information:

  Consignee contact information: Full address, mobile, and consignee name.

  DDP is the most convenient way for customers to receive goods. However, the charge is a little higher than shipping by sea or shipping by air. Because DDP includes all charges, even customs clearance charge is pre-paid by us. In other words, you only need to wait at home or warehouse to receive goods.

  In some countries, the local tax might be excluded, because the local government probably requires an importer to pay local tax. Take Malaysia as an example, back in 2016, the GST (Government Service Tax) will have to be paid by importers themselves at around 6%. So, this is up to the destination government.

• What's the cost of airfreight?

  Air Freight Shipment Cost Calculation Method:

  The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight.

  For one package shipped through air freight shipment, there are actual weight and volumetric weight (dimensional weight). If the volumetric weight is bigger than the actual weight, the cost will be charged by the volumetric weight. Formula is: height x length x width / 5000

  For example, one carton box dimension: 60cm x 50cm x 40cm.It’s volumetric weight is 60x50x40/5000 = 24 kgs.

  If the actual weight is 23kgs, the cost will be based on 24 kgs (volumetric weight).

  If the actual weight is 25 kgs, the cost will be based on 25 kgs (actual weight).

  To summarize: The air freight shipment charge will only apply to heavier one (either volumetric weight or actual weight).

• Import without coming to China?

  No, we do not sell any product. In fact, we are a professional sourcing agent, we help customers source and ship to them.

• Do we share suppliers contacts?

  No. We do not share suppliers’ contacts due to NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) between suppliers and us.

• Do we get discount from suppliers?

  No. We don't accept discounts or any other forms of discount from suppliers. As we charge commission from customers for our one-stop service, so our job is to get the best suppliers and prices for customers. Only in this way, customers will get orders in larger quantities for the best price, suppliers will get larger orders, we will get more commission. So, this is a win-win-win best scenario for all three parties. Check No.15 to know more details about our commission structure.

• Do we provide invitation letter for visa?

  Yes. As a professional agent for customers, we will provide an invitation letter for customers to get a Chinese visa. Please WhatsApp or Email us your passport photos for us to write your invitation letter.

• Can we issue ASEAN-China Free Trade Certificate of Origin?

  Yes. We can issue an ASEAN certificate of origin (Form E) to customers.

  The China – ASEAN Free Trade Certificate of Origin (FORM E): currently applies to exports of Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and other countries and comply with the relevant provisions of the product, as long as issued by the China – ASEAN Free Trade Area of ​​preferential origin confirmation letter (FORM E), exports of goods to the 10 countries of the importing country can enjoy preferential tariff treatment, the average tax rate of up to 5%.

• What is our commission?

  Our commission is based on the total value of products purchased by the Company.

  5%: Product value < 200K USD per shipment.

  4%: Product value ≥ 400K USD per shipment.

  3%: Product value ≥ 600K USD per shipment.

  2%: Product value ≥ 800K USD per shipment.

  1%: Product value ≥ 1000K USD per shipment.

  Remark: Commission doesn’t include inland charge, shipping charge, and customs clearance fee.

  Inland charge: From warehouse to loading port of Ningbo. It includes Booking fee / THC / Documentation fees / EDI+ electronic packing list fee / Packing list fee / Telex charge / Seal fee / Towing fee + barcode / Storage fee.

  Shipping charge: From the loading port of Ningbo to the discharge port at the country of destination.

  Customs Clearance: We will provide documents for customers to clean customs by themselves or their customs broker. Documents like the original bill of lading, packing list, invoice, and other necessary documents if required.

  Payment Term: Telegraph Transfer

• What is our payment term?

  We require 100% payment upfront so we could start making orders and collecting cargo, we also need to pay our suppliers when they deliver products to our warehouse.
